At Buonaldea, we understand that circumstances change. Since all of our items are artisan-made to order, we strive to process your purchase as quickly as possible while respecting your rights as a customer under GDPR and applicable consumer protection laws.

⏳ Cancellation Timeframe

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Beyond that, your item may already be in production or prepared for shipment.

📧 How to Cancel an Order

Please email us immediately at support@buonaldea.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
If your request falls within the 1-hour window, our team will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already entered the production or shipping stage, we may be unable to cancel it. In this case, we will guide you through our Return & Refund Policy.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded using the same method you used to pay. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

🚫 Late Cancellations

After the 1-hour window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. However, you are still entitled to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, and we will assist you accordingly.
